Soy Milk vs. Gallstones

Hello everyone. I was wondering if soy milk is "gallstones friendly"? 🙂

It's fine, but I don't like the taste, I use Alpro veg based milk alternative.I find its nice, I have tried almond, I like that in coffee occasionally.

Hi I must say that I have found that some things are good for someone but not others so although it may be good on a dietary menu it might or might not suit you, give it a go slowly. Good luck because I know how painful this is 👍.
