How do I use milk thistle seeds and is it really useful for fibrosis?!

To my knowledge, there is no reliable information on the benefits of milk thistle seeds for reducing liver fibrosis. Perhaps one of the forum members has other information on this issue.

Many forum members have been strongly advised AGAINST using milk thistle by their hepatologists. IMO natural remedies shown to work are called medicines. like others have said, I have been told to leave well alone

No I ask my liver dr in September & she says no proof milk thistle helps at all with liver disease only Vitamin E 800iu.

do you take vitamin e with any other supplement or vitamin for it to work better? Are you taking it once a day or more? Thanks in advance!!
