I’ve posted several times with my concern for liver disease. I’ve had ultrasounds and Fibroscans which have been normal. My alt, ast, bilirubin and platelets normal. My ALP is however at the top of normal(107) which is up quite a bit from what is has been. Also my ferritin is raised but my iron is normal. My SHBG is also high. I’m concerned that the ultrasound is missing something.

Still worried…
Can I ask what sent you to the doctor in the first place? Did you have symptoms?
Over the past year or more you have had most tests going which have given the liver a very clear examination and ruled out anything more serious than a bit of fatty change and reversible minor fibrosis.
ALP still in range even at upper end of normal.
If you have symptoms (other than those brought on by health anxiety) you might need to explore the issue that they may not be liver related. High SHBG can be linked with other issues like thyroid, PCOS and more.
I started seeing a functional medicine doctor who thought I may have hypothyroidism based on my symptoms. He ordered a ton of tests and it was confirmed I do have a under active thyroid. Some of the tests came up abnormal. High Ferritin, high SHBG, low normal iron binding capacity, high normal Alp. Of course I look these up and all of these can be abnormal in liver disease. I’ve had an ultrasound in august with elastography which was normal. I guess my fear is something was missed with the imaging
May I ask you what causes your concern about possible liver disease? Could it be any symptoms or possibly prolonged hepatotoxic factors such as regular alcohol consumption or some other cause?
