just had a letter re my ultrasound which states that my liver looks a little fatty and there is no sign of any scarring. All my hard workh of dieting exercising and no alcohol has paid off and my appointment in six months will be to discuss if they need to continue with future fibroscans and ultrasounds. I am definitely going to continue with my current regime

good job! Keep up the good work I’ve had a little bit of downward spiral on the poor eating and having a couple drinks here and there I’m going to right the ship and get back to it tomorrow.
