My liver biopsy is F3 fibrosis but fibroscan value is F0 fibrosis. I confused. Which one is more accurate? I searched in in internet they say fibroscan is scan more liver area than biopsy sample. Was it localized fibrosis?

I think further tests are needed ordered by your hepatologist. Biopsy is considered to be the golden standard regarding fibrosis but as any diagnostic tool not 100% reliable. Any other indication of severe fibrosis? The lowest possible fibroscan result is F0/F1 not F0. Anyway I think only your hepatologist can tell what further steps are the best. Good luck.
