stringy black floaters in left eye

I have been diagnosed with NAFLD, compensated Cirrhosis and iron overload, but I am now getting a lot of black stringy floaters in my left eye and feels blurry,is this connected do I need to see anyone.

any advise

I obviously don’t know in your case but get it checked out at the opticians. I’ve had the same and optician said mine is posterior vitreous detachment which is a normal occurrence as we age but it can lead to retina detachment which is serious.

See an optician to be on the safe side.

Definitely get it checked out with optician or GP, which ever is the quickest.
