Are my eyes yellow and skin ?

Feel like my pancreas is acting up worried I have pancreatitis or worse.... could be stress but I’ve had a lot of upper stomach pains the last 5 years so not sure.Just feels like I’ve heart heartburn all day in my upper stomach/rib cage.

My eyes have looked like this for a few years to be fair.

I’m 30 and have tanned skin cause I’m part Chinese so can never tell if it’s yellow/off colour

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You don't say whether you have actually had this checked out by a doctor - like you say sometimes with an asian skin tone it is difficult to say whether there is yellowing. I presume you initially posted a photograph and it has been removed by admin - this is because photos reproduce badly on screen so none of us could have commented on a photo plus none of us are actually qualified to do so.

It sounds like you really need to get your issues examined by a doctor who can check you physically and order necessary tests.

Yellowing or jaundice is the result of too much bilirubin in your blood stream so a simple blood test would be able to establish if you have something along that line going on.

If you've had ongoing pain in your tummy this long then it needs investigating too.
