Liver Fibrosis F3

Hi new on here. Had a positive chat to the British Liver Trust for my F3 Fibrosis. I was told they caught it before it turned to Cirrhosis and that it can be reversed with diet as mine is probably linked to being overweight and Fatty Liver. I have been diagnosed with GAVE (aka Watermelon Stomach) which is rare and they found out about my liver due to a link with GAVE.

I've went from 17.5st to 15.11st and am continuing on my weight loss to hopefully get to 14.5 to 15st. Has anyone went through a similar Liver Fibrosis at F3 and turned it around and if so what was the outcome?

Thanks for the link. Whilst I have GAVE I haven't had any issues with it (hopefully it stays that way). I think my main concern is my Liver issue. Really looking to hear from people with F3 Fibrosis caused by Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver and see if they were able to reverse it and by how much.

Hi ,I have Nafld ,my last fibro scan showed im f3 ive just had a biopsy and waiting on results ,i am over weight and lost a stone and working at loosing another stone,i eat healthy and im always on the go ,as soon as i get my results il put it on here 😊

Went from 10.8 to 9.8 on the fibroscan in six months F3 to F2
