I've had diarrhea for about four days now so I haven't been taking my lactulose,also feel flu like symptoms and done a COVID test and it's negative I was taken off the transplant list so I don't know who to tell

First port of call should be your GP. They will know your clinical history and be able to assess you. It could be something as simple as Norovirus which is making a resurgence now we’re mixing more. They need to take a view on whether you should cease Lactulose. Try to get a phone appointment asap.

Which covid test did you take? With symptoms you really need to get a PCR done if you only previously did lateral flow.

Ozzie there is a really bad stomach virus with flu like symptoms hitting the states. Just fyi.
