Looking for some advice, I got sent for a fibroscan as I have an enlarged spleen and have been drinking heavily so they thought it was cirrhosis, I was told I'd get the results through the post but before I left I looked at the screen and it said my median Kpa was 8.5 I already have a diagnosis for NAFLD back in 2011 I have no symptoms of liver problems and all my blood tests have came back normal am I right in thinking this is nothing to worry about.
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated

You should consult your all tests with hepatologist. But your fibroscan with some probality shows F2 fibrosis (at least for alcohol and NALFD but you have both so hard to say).
As I know enlarged spleen is connected to cirrhosis but not only. So it seems you have some liver fibrosis (damage) with some probality which is because of FibroScan result.
If you stop drinking and have healthly life style you would be ok. But for sure you have to see doctor, the best hepatologist to have a professional medical advice.
