They’ve relaxed all covid precautions in my state & my work wants all employees double vaxxed & back in the office in January- no masks. I’m terrified of getting covid as I don’t think I’d survive - anyone else experiencing this? Have u sort advice from your specialist?

I’m like you, I’m TERRIFIED getting Covid even though I’ve had both shots. I also have REALLY bad asthma, so I’m also sure I wouldn’t make it out alive if I got it. The ONLY thing that sort of comforts me is looking at the death rate of fully vaccinated people in my age group. It’s very low and I also take MANY supplements to boost my immune system. Maybe look up your numbers for your age and take supplements to boost your immune system.

Thanks for replying. My specialist has told me not to take supplements as they put too much pressure on the liver. I’m seeing another ape yin Monday for a second opinion so I’ll ask him the best way to boost my immune system.
