Fibroscan or ELF

Hi

I am going to get a test. My doctor suggested to do after 1 year when I was diagnosed. its around 8 months and I am getting little impatient. Please suggest which one shall i go for ELF or Fibroscan. I have done Fibroscan before.

1. Does ELF cover both Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic etiologies ?

2. Do we need a fasting for ELF ?

3. IS there a scale like kpa in ELF ?

ELF is blood test while fibroscan not. I would say you can do both. Fibroscan was done before so you can compare the results.

In addition, it may be helpful to compare ELF and fibroscan results.
