When do you stop tests?

When do you just stop testing and doing scans? I’ve had slightled raised enzymes for years a battery of tests show mowing ct scan ultrasound endoscopy all done with in the last 10 years the last ultrasound was 2020 idk what else to do I get right sided pain too no fat seen in the scans enzymes are

ALT 42

AST 36

ALP normal

Cholesterol 229 total

I've had raised enzymes for over 15 years, no cause ever found so my Consultants have decided it's just normal for me and apart from yearly bloods that's it.

Interesting! I am a social drinker but I’ve quit pretty much other than holidays. They stay a little raised it’s been since 2015

Your numbers look normal, except for slightly raised cholesterol. I wouldn’t call 36 and 42 “raised” for women, and I’d call that totally normal for men. Of course I’m not a medical person so that’s just based off my knowledge.

Thanks yes they are normal on other labs I’m a 36 year old women I’ve had this going on for a long time but weirdly enough during my last pregnancy they went down to way under what they have been
