I have one at 2pm on Thursday but have to fast (food and drink) from 7am. so aiming to get up at 6.30 and make a whopping breakkie and then head back to bed to try and sleep some of the morning away. i know if i got up and started doing things my blood sugar will drop and I will start to get dizzy! I've had two endoscopies before but both have been in the morning so not as big an issue.
Any recommendations from others that have blood sugar issues and have to fast are greatly welcome!
