what should i be looking out for with gallstones?

I was confirmed to have gallstones back in Feb. I saw a surgeon in May who's got me on a list and said I could be waiting up to 24 weeks if not longer. My most recent attack changed location - pain wise- and I've noticed changed with my bowl movements and urine. my GP said they will write to my surgeon but doesn't know if this will do anything. I'm wondering what sort of things I should be on the look for to make sure it's not getting any worse ?

thank you

You will know without question! The pain upper right outer quadrant is UNBEARABLE…I was end stage autoimmune PBC When mine kicked off!!!! My consultant WOULDNT allow surgery as was too risky FOR ME.

I was at A& E almost every night the pain was so bad.

I found if I avoided rich spicey foods it was ok.
