6 month update

Hi all

I wrote about 6 months ago after being ill and going a&e and later finding out my liver was borderline cirrhosis due to NAFLD.

Today I went to the hospital for another scan. I've lost 2 and a half stone so far but its still very fatty. Very disheartening! Clearly I still have much more work to go. On the plus side they said that it looked smooth, compared to last time where it was irregular contour.

I now have to wait for the consultant to get back to me on my next moves, but I am hoping my hard work has had some good effect at least! I definitely feel better in myself.
