Dad with HCC

Hi

My dad has HCC,haemachromatosis,cirrhosis and now HE.

My mum and are finding it really tough at the moment. He seems ok in the morning and then sleeps all day. Only eating breakfast and barely drinks more than a few sips

He is on lactulose and rifaximin.

His ankles are huge .

Any help very gratefully received

Is he taking diuretics?
