Elevated Billrubin/B12 and anxious wait for ultrasound results

Hello, this is my first post/question so I apologise in advance if I ask anything that sounds silly and hope I am able to post these results. I am 36 and have an underactive thyroid so get regular blood tests but more recently my symptoms have been different feeling really nauseous/dizzy/itchy skin mainly legs/torso/yellow eyes which if for as long as I can remember I have always been a rather yellow tone, I feel tired all the time and I have had some abdominal pain. I used to drink a lot when I was younger but hardly drink now as I can hardly tolerate it without being sick. I was on tramadol and oramorph for about a year when suffering with endometriosis and ovarian cysts and always worried if they would if caused any damage. I have a yearly Heath check that flagged up elevated Billrubin levels, B12 and Uric acid, so my doctor requested another set just to double check and my levels were raised again as attached. I have had a liver ultrasound today and the sonographer said she could not see anything sinister so hoping that is a good sign but said they would review and send my results to my doctors in the next 2 weeks. I am trying to stay off google etc but hard when you read into how your feeling and your blood results. Has anyone else experienced anything similar, would appreciate any replies as feeling really anxious. Thanks soo much (sorry in advance if I am not able to share test results)

HPH2015 welcome to the forum. As u can imagine their r plenty of people on here who have a plethora of knowledge. In regards to your post, I would suggest looking at Gilbert’s Syndrome in the NHS site. I myself have Gilbert’s and am jaundice at times. My bilirubin (indirect/unconjugated) stay around 2-3x the range, especially when I’m not eating right, stressed, sick... Ur symptoms could also be affected by ur B12 levels. Have a sense of ease as the sonographer said there was nothing sinister. Here is the link, hopefully u get some answers. nhs.uk/conditions/gilberts-...
