Hello, I have issues with my liver producing enough bile to break down the healthy fats that I eat. I have skin issues and produce phlegm in the morning and after meals. I also produce a lot of mucus in my nose after meals. No doctor has been able to help me. I was also told I have Gilbert's Syndrome.
Can anyone hear help me?
Thanks!

Hiya Swc, welcome to our group. Plenty on here with great knowledge so be sure to pay attention😁to them. Lack of bile and Gilbert’s syndrome....so you have obviously seen a doctor. What did he/she say? You know that apart from the jaundice episodes, there is no real threat to your liver right? Lack of bile though can as you mentioned cause some horrid things to happen. All I know is what I read and you have obviously trawled through the advice of four cups of coffee a day etc...I know it doesn’t help you but we cannot say what causes this on here. Only advise. Tell us more of your medical history, hopefully someone will have a lot better advice thank myself. Take care
Good morning and welcome to this friendly, supportive forum.
I have included a link to our information on Gilberts Syndrome which I hope will address that for you.
