Hi, I've just been told i have nafld and stone in gallbladder, after having stomach problems for a few months. Feeling full, bloated, constipated, pain both sides under ribs and left back area (back part of under the ribs) gp sent me for a ultrasound scan and this was the result. I also have pernicious anaemia, fibromyalgia, and other problems. Ent diagnosed me with gerd a few years ago. My bloods have over the last 8 yrs come back with high gamma, raised triglycerides, and cholesterol, but no further action given.
Currently taking b12 injections every 8 weeks, also top up with b12 spray, vit d, folic acid. I am overweight, more So after giving up smoking 12months ago, 54 female.
Ive been given an appointment with a life coach in 2 weeks, was a bit awkward on the diagnosis as was a telephone consultation, and gp has an accent, I struggle with hearing, i know theyre going to say about weight loss and diet change etc , im just wondering what advice people have and if any other tests should be doneThanks
