One is Jaundice and one is not. If you think you have it please consult your Dr as im sure as eggs is eggs if you are jaundice like I was you won't need us to tell you.

Thanks everyone im so proud of what I've achieved and im not stoppping now that's a dead cert. Too long ive been a lonely alcoholic, have serious health issues for life now and thats all my fault , I just hope some think its not completely there fault, there are many factors for doing what we or they do I just hope you get proper health care that you deserve, if you have turned your life around tbere are health services out there who will help. Hard work and sacrifice lol i had to change my whole lifestyle, get the proper food nutrients, exercise when I have the energy, drink plenty of water, cut out sugar and salt, fizzy drinks and of course alcohol. Its tough but its worth it, finally in a place we're i see lifes for living.
