Cramp/spasm?

45 yo female. I’ve been drinking too much for several years (too much 3-4 times a week for 5+ years) with a few short phases of sobriety. I quit (for good, I plan) 18 days ago and have been super anxious (health anxiety), tons of in tension, tons of googling, etc. I’ve had bouts with health anxiety in the past and it is a very real thing for me—all consuming.

I’ve had several times recently where I take a deep breath and feel something like a pulled muscle/cramp/catch in the right rib/liver area. No other “liver problem” symptoms that I’m aware of. Pain does not last long and isn’t severe. Anyone else have similar experience?

I mentioned in my first post that I’ve been having back pain Went to the chiro yesterday and there was a ton of tightness on the right side of my body all the way from neck to lower back. I go to the dr. on the 28th so will raise there too. Thanks!
