No no sorry I was of my rocker on Zolpidem (ambien) took 40mg for sleep and if you don't fall asleep after 30 mins you get a funny reaction hence me talking utter poppycock lol I can reasure you im not drinking anything other than my 3 litres of Evian and proper coffee 😁👍my Gp gave me 14 for me over the Xmas and new year period as they do make me sleep its a difficult time for recovering people like myself and if I don't sleep after half hour they turn you bit like Leo Dicaprio trying to drive his white Lamborghini from a golf club 😅😅 sorry if I worried or offended anyone. Xx ❤👍

Aww ,glad your ok 👌! I must admit I thought you had drank a little, but I apologise for thinking that way. Very high dose of meds though ash , I don't sleep, I never go to bed, was awake till 4 45 am but up at 7.30 am .

My liver is fine its my chronic pain and bone degeneration that is my main issue now but I refuse to take sleepers, I would rather take on my coping strategies I learnt after 3 years of CBT and therapy from alcohol counselling.

Anyhow, I wish you a very happy Christmas ash ( I don't bother) and all the very best for the new year..

Hi Ash, I’ve taken zolpidem on occasions and 40mg is a huge amount for that particular drug. I am given 5mg and sometimes I only take a half of that cause it’s harsh on the liver. I doubt your upping the dose as you seem to be taking your recovery very seriously. I’m just surprised it’s such a high amount. Well take care and I hope you benefit from a good nights sleep. Glad you are ok🙏 I had hallucinations when I took cocodamol! I saw blue turtles and they were vacuuming! What really shocked me was that they were using a ‘Henry’ hoover that I don’t have, instead of my dyson🤣🤣🤣 I’d have been more impressed if they had been doing the ironing 😂.

Hi Ash very difficult time for a lot of us so you must be feeling the pressure, sleep is a luxury that I particularly don’t get much of and it makes the nights very long but do your best to keep straight of the booze and drugs, good luck it’s hard I know but try and have as nice a Christmas and New Year as possible the wife and I are thinking of you 👍🤞.

Hi I've by dipping in and out so I'm sorry I've missed your posts but I'm glad you are ok. Is the zolpidem any good? I have an hour or less sleep per night due to pain and I'm willing to try anything but not it it's really bad for my liver.
