Blood test results

The GP wants to talk to me regarding blood test results, I’m 55 year old female. Ferritin 263, AST 35, ALT 47. The receptionist said it was a non urgent call but I am worried.

Unfortunately, No-one here is medically qualified to comment on your test results, and also different laboratories use different reference ranges.

That being said - even if you have similar results to someone here on the forum it DOES NOT necessarily mean you have the same diagnosis so you can't compare results and self diagnose yourself. Only your own medical team with all your results can inform you what your own situation is.
