Some of the newer treatments for Hep C require ongoing monitoring so I am surprised you were discharged. You definitely need to have your liver checked so try and push for an appointment, even for some initial blood tests. Do you know what state your liver was in prior to treatment? I know at one point in the UK you practically had to have cirrhosis before they'd even treat Hep C.

Do try and get to see your GP for assessment, the NHS is still open for routine care and GP's arn't dealing with Covid cases so they are still accessible you just have to go through triage systems.

Best wishes,

Katie

Hello,

You definitely need to have a medical review and as Katie says, it is surprising that you have not had followup.

Although your Hep C cleared at the time it is possible to relapse or get re infected.
