How accurate are Blood Test? I had a CMP test done as well as two others in the hospital and they have all came out fine. Right now I'm having sensitivity to medication that I didn't in the past. I feel as though there's something wrong with my liver and the way its metabolizing the medicine. I did use to drink a lot of alcohol back then while taking medication. I've read that you can have a normal blood test and still have a liver disease or malfunction. Soooo yeaaaa... I've been told that I'm fine by 2 MD'S and my Neurologist. I want to get a Liver Scan, but trying to weigh it out.
also I had 1 of the test done a month apart from the others at a difference facility if that helps any.

Liver function tests are one part of a diagnostic process that often also includes assessment of medical history, symptoms, physical assessment, imaging tests and other medical tests. If you are worried about your liver, you may want to discuss this again with your GP.
