Concern about my liver

I am 27. A female from India, increasingly concerned about my liver because of my nails. I have never touched alcohol, cigarettes in my whole life, and dealing with heavy stress currently. please, somebody, help

Hello Sreyagh, none of us are qualified to comment on photographs and if you have a concern about your liver or health in general you need to see a doctor to get some blood tests done.

Even though you have never drank or smoked you can still have liver issues and in India and the Asian continent there are various non-alcohol related conditions that are more prevalent than here in the UK. The viral hepatitis conditions are particularly prevalent there so some blood tests will be able to check for those.

Sorry we can't offer any sort of diagnosis on a forum but hope you do have access to a doctor.
