1. Write in a gratitude journal every day. Make sure to be specific!
2. Listen to music that sounds the way you want to feel!
3. Share positivity by sending one thank you email or doing one kind act every day!
4 Challenge your negative thinking!
5 Smile 😊
6 Try to follow your passion
7 Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.

8. Yesterday is not ours to recover but tomorrow is ours to Win or Lose!
