Liver with tendency to hepatic disease

Hello everyone & I hope you have a good day.

I just have my laboratory blood results and everything looks fine. I am very happy that also my Fibroscan results looks much better almost normal - but I do not understand why the ecography show some inflammation on liver. Ialso still fill very bloated in general and much after a small amount of food.. I don't know if it is normal..

I have received some pills for digestion which are helping but not to much..

Anyway I am happy for the good results. I wish you all the best ☺
