I have been informed by my doctor (who is Turkish so I don’t really understand him) but I had a blood test as I was feeling unwell, it showed that my liver count is 75 and it should be between 15-50, just wondering if anyone can tell me how bad is a count of 75?

By forum rules we are not allowed to offer comment on test results and even if we could we'd be unable to say based on a single random figure of 75 which we don't know which particular enzyme/test it relates to.
You need to get a proper explanation and follow up with a doctor.
