Skin Darkening

Hi everyone, does anyone know whether skin darkening could be linked to liver disease? My wife seems to have a darker hue to her facial skin and we are not sure whether we should be concerned. Her jaundice went about 6 weeks ago. She was diagnosed in December. Thanks.

You mention that yout wife was diagnosed with liver disease in December and that the jaundice went 6 weeks ago. I presume she is under the care of a liver specialist? Is she having a regular medical review and blood tests to assess her progress? It may be a good idea to get her GP/medical team to review her if you are concerned that her colour has changed.
