I have been suffering from intermittent tingling in my hands for almost a year, I have made many medical and instrumental visits but all with negative results, my nails appear as in the photo. Do you know what it is? I don't know what to do to solve the problem anymore, I am currently followed by a rheumatologist.
Nail looks like blue in the first part and red in terminal part. Sorry for my english, I'm italian

Good morning,
This forum is for people with LIVER DISEASE so I am afraid no one is going to be able to answer your question.
It is possible but no one on this forum is medically qualified to give you an opinion on your picture. if you have concerns that you may have a liver problem perhaps your GP or equivalent can do some simple blood tests to investigate.
Hi Claudio, and welcome to our friendly forum, and your English is a lot better than my Italian😊😊😊
I couldn't see anything wrong with your nails, but the tingling I used to have, and I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, and now my feet and some of my fingers are numb, which means for me, walking and picking up things are awkward.
That could actually be related to your Kidneys, i think i read this not long ago, i was also getting tingling sensations in my hands, so i know exactly what you're talking about, i had to go to A&E 2 months ago and was diagnosed through blood tests with liver damage, they said everything else was okay including my Kidneys however i was experiancing pain in my right kidney from time to time which was probably due to my liver not functioning properly, ( when your liver plays up it can afect other organs too) Anyway i did google it and one of the things that came up was kidney problems. Just thought i'd share this knoweldge, it could be something totally unrelated!
