URGENT PLEASE HELP AST TO ALT RATIO OF 1.8 ( it was 1.4 in September)

I am a 25 YO female with sig URQ pain and chills, significant weight loss, MCV of 98.2, bad breath all of sudden, IGA of 314, liver size of 16.8 cm per ultrasound

GI does not seem concerned, however everything points to liver damage

Please share similar experiences

Hi there and welcome. Why the concern about the alt/ast ratio? I think Dr Google may be a factor here. What's your drinking history- you're pretty young to be having significant liver problems but if you've been overdoing medication/drugs/drink or a combination then it could be a factor. Please post more- were not here to judge. All the best

See your doctor lots of things can cause upper abdominal pain like gall bladder intestines liver you need to have tests to check these organs so ask for GI doctor or liver doctor they will check your symptoms out.
