is AST OF 20 and ALT of 11 concerning?? (AST to alt ratio of 1.82)

I am a 25 YO female with sig URQ pain and chills, significant weight loss, MCV of 98.2, bad breath all of sudden, IGA of 314, liver size of 16.8 cm per ultrasound

GI does not seem concerned, however everything points to liver damage
