My Husband needed an MRI heart scan in the assessment process. He’s now 1 month today post transplant. Good Luck with the next part of the process, the wait for the decision to list is so stressful. But now your over that. Just make sure you pack your bag now .

Hi

That's such good news now that your husband has been listed for transplant. I had my operation at the end of October this year and I cannot begin to explain how much better your husband will be/feel afterwards. Really pleased for you both.

Hi Max, could I please ask , how long did your recovery period take ?

Many thanks Andy

Hi Andy,

Not that long really, asside from the pain from the operation a few weeks I would say.

I felt instantly better after the operation, euphoric almost. It made me realise how poorly I was before.

Are you due the same operation?

Cheers

Max

Thx for the reply Max, so pleased to read that you are doing so well .... thats really encouraging .....I,ve just had TACE and now being assessed for TP list.

I,m not taking anything for granted at this stage but its nice to speak with some one who has been through the TP experience ...!!!!

Many thanks again Max.
