Foods to avoid with complex polystitc liver disease

Quick one please, im having problems finding what foods or drinks i should avoid whilst having complex polycystic liver disease, ive read plenty on google some say take this then others say no very confusing

There are no specific foods to avoid, just moderation in all things !

Also, you could discuss with your GP or specialist being referred to a dietitian ?
