Grunting like catching a breath 2-3 times a day. On palliative care anyone had experience of this?

Hi eek just a wee bit of reassurance..I actually gulp quite frequently as if trying to get some air in my lungs..my husband always asks what's going on ..the truth is nothing😄just sometimes I need to take deep breaths sometimes to get more oxygen .

Obviously your situation might be different but better maybe to get yourself off to the doctor to mention it just incase there is an underlying cause.
