Was in today for a checkup and chat at the Liver clinic and all going well so far. Bloods continue to show improvement, just need to keep it this way.
i've put weight on though, 3kg in a month. i'm 103kg and apparently i need to be at 90kg ideally. So, might as well get back to this gym that i've been donating to for months!
Hope everyone is doing OK.

Hi Xenomorph that's great that everything is looking good except getting a wee bit weight off!
Now you can get back into the gym and get that wee bit of weight off and I'm sure you will be more enthusiastic after getting good results at your clinic appointment!
Congratulations on improving bloods. Best wishes for saying goodbye to a few kilos, and don't forget to drink more water than your norm to make it all a bit easier for you.
Great news XenomOrph on blood s and general improvements!
Now go and enjoy a good workout and dont stress about those few pounds to loose as it will soon come off.
Sounds like you fell out of love with your gym. What is a good idea if you’re tired or unmotivated is to go to the gym anyway and just do a little bit of exercise. Not only is that better than no exercise, you often discover extra energy once you start.
I was 110Kg ☹️ but now around 88Kg (BMI 26) and I certainly have to work to keep that weight. Some days, if I’m tired or short of time, I might just do a few minutes on the treadmill and some sit ups. Yes, I have to do full sessions too, but the mini sessions stop me getting into that routine of not going to the gym.
Oh, I have a trainer too who I see every two or three weeks. If I slacken off in between his sessions, it’s obvious as I lose so much fitness and power. Think about getting a trainer.
Fantastic news, it's great to hear positive stories of people's health improving. Losing weight is tough, but it is possible. Slow and steady is much better than a quick fix.
