Hi Brett. That's brilliant news. What a relief for you to at last be able to part company with that freeloader Bertha. Hope the parting goes smoothly and without incident (and of course amicably ) Let us know when the deed is done and we will join you in a virtual celebration. All good wishes Alf.
Hi Brett, great news πππ, but I can't help feeling sorry for Bertha. I hope she has somewhere else to go, not too far away π€£π€£π€£. Just don't let them use mesh, I had an inguinal hernia fixed with it, and it gives me gip sometimesπ π π .
Thanks for your posts. Iβve been really busy lately. Been doing lots and lots of physio for the last three months. Our little Tongki is pregnant. Thatβs why you Iβve not been posting too much but I have been keeping up to date on things here.
I wonder what some people are thinking of this post? What the hell is a Bertha π π
The 42 cm kurze Marinekanone 14 L/12, or Minenwerfer-GerΓ€t, popularly known by the nickname Big Bertha, was a German siege howitzer built by Krupp AG and fielded by the Imperial German Army from 1914 to 1918. The M-GerΓ€t had a 42-centimetre calibre barrel, making it one of the largest artillery pieces ever fielded. Wikipedia.
