I’ve always had trouble with my sinuses even before all of this liver nonsense but I’ve never had a nose bleed.
I can always tell when my sinuses are dodgy as it’s a familiar pressurised feeling behind the nose then when it starts to clear, my sinuses drain the infection away.
Today was that day, usual blowing out gunk from my nose but this time the gunk got thinner and thinner turning to a thin yellow colour and I’ve just had what I can only describe as very watery blood from the infected side.
I know this can by symptomatic of the conditions I have but should I take this more seriously?
Thank you.

Hi Xen, don't worry about it. As your liver recovers you'll get less bruising and bleeding. My children get nosebleeds occasionally from their sinus troubles, watery usually means it's from irritation to the nasal passages.
I think if it is just streaks you can relax, if it is clots or gushing it would be a good idea to call the doctor. After all, this has been an awful day for you and your family, I hope you can get some rest.
Has stopped bleeding now with only the occasional show when I need to blow my nose. See how tonight and tomorrow go.
