I’ve been drinking since I was 16.. I’m now 32! I’ve been a binge drinker.. I don’t drink three out the week just a weekend.. I have been finding these circle bruises on my arms and thighs after drinking! I’ve always bruised easily.. I’m a googler which is not the best thing.. I’ve also noticed these blood spots on my breasts they are flat as far as I can see.. they don’t blanch or fade when pressed

Bruising and blood spots
You should get some bloods done obviously when you can with corona being rife it may not be possible just yet.... And until you can you need to stop drinking just in case.... No one can answer your query as numerous things can cause easy bruising, I have always bruised but I have a blood condition called itp.... And then it got worse with cirrhosis but don't necessarily think the worse but change your lifestyle to avoid the worst for the future but stay positive and healthy x
Google is a saint and sinner all in one, gives with one hand, you get good advice, then takes away with the other and gives you shocking advice.
As Jojo said, see were the land lies with blood test etc but getting an appointment of any sort is like finding loo roll on a Chinese unicorn from a Wuhan market 😉
All the best.

Good morning Hannahbellaa,
May I suggest that you have a review by your doctor, as the forum members suggested. I appreciate this may not be easy at this challenging time.
In the meantime , you could look at our Love your Liver Screener and information. I have included the link below.

I would also suggest positive lifestyle changes- minimal alcohol, healthy nutritious diet and exercise if able.
If you are bleeding and it becomes persistent or worsening - please seek urgent medical advice.
Take care,
Trust9
Please remember it is likely to be difficult to get a doctor's appointment, as you are finding, due to the exceptionally high pressure all doctors, nurses and all other NHS staff are under at the moment with coronovirus quite rightly taking priority over everything. In the meantime there are ways you can look after yourself by giving up the booze, eating healthily and getting regular daily exercise .
Good luck
Hello I have been a binge drinker since I was 20 and now I am 24. I probably drank more than I have ever known. Till the point I passed out every time. And the Circle bruising you're having is definitely increased intolerance towards alcohol, a condition that occurs after a substantial period of alcohol abuse. And also alcohol is the primary cause for both of the factors you mentioned. Liver cannot produce enough clotting serum with increased alcohol abuse even though if it's over a decade of time. And skin reactions are the first of many ailments that will begin to appear through time. I had the exact circle bruises right after sessions of binge drinking.
Whatever you do stop the toxin that hampers your ability to clot blood and purify toxicity that thereafter turns up on your skin Which being th largest organ of the body is most often a primary indicator of any problem. Beg you to stop alcohol and not compromise the fragile one chance at life we all humans get. Existence is a bliss. And existence is everything.
