Can anyone give me some insight on what all this means? I know I have a huge hemangioma on my left lobe...but what exactly is “focal fatty deposition”? I think everything else besides that sounds about normal...correct? Thanks all!

It's basically a lump of fat within the liver. Fatty liver is indeed common and is on the rise in the Western world. The lump in itself is harmless however it's presence might make you want to look at your dietary intake and exercise levels and see if there are positive lifestyle changes you can make to help your liver to return to normal or prevent more fat forming.
