Test results vary according to both the individual’s whole health and the laboratory analysing the results and should always be interpreted by the user’s own health care professionals.
We suggest talking this through with your own doctor or health care professional.
If you [are in the UK and] would find it useful to talk things over, our nurse-led helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm on 0800 652 7330 (excluding bank holidays)

HiStop worrying, believe it does not help BLT edit because none of us are doctors.
4 % weight loss is good but you need to work on more.
Diet first, try to arrange support from your GP, I did a program of 42 days and lost about 11% weight 6 % body fat.
I feel really happy exercising now, more energy as my liver is working better.
An average day for me starts with porridge made with water blueberries and banana.
Mid morning protein shake, lunch 95% non fat meatballs with pasta (you can have carbs for lunch). Mid afternoon protein shake, supper, sea bass and green vegetables with yoghurt for afters. The yoghurt is low fat.
4.5 litres of water a day, no milk in coffee or tea. I love strong black coffee now.
I am spending winter in Spain so feast on all types of seafood, no carbs.
If you are in the UK you can do the same but maybe frozen.
Try it, then swim, walk the liver will look after itself if you LOOK after yourself.
I have controlled my diet, i have controlled by Carb heavily and completely stopped: packed, fried and junk foods.. am a sweet tooth so i have reduced tht by almost 90%.
I really need to work on water consumption as i drink very less water.
I also stopped taking pain killers completely and i will start running once am back to my home from travel.
I am hoping this should help me sort the s3 fatty liver.
That should help do the trick, NAFLD is a pain but my own experience as well talking to others indicates that it responds readily to diet and exercise. However bad the fibrosis the better it will get
