I have nash I'm due a biopsy Friday just wondered if any one has experienced a sharp pain under right ribs if I move suddenly or bend down it hurts to the point of taking my breath away. its like I need more room in my abdomen lasts a few minutes.

That's likely exactly what it is. Alot of times with nash the liver becomes swollen and if you move you can feel your ribs and innards rubbing it. Most doctors will tell you that your imagining it. As long as it doesnt cause severe pain it camt hurt you as annoying as it is

What were your liver enzymes and ultrasound for the abdomen result if you don’t mind me asking ?

I do also have a nagging pain but not SEVERE where it takes the breadth out

I’m sorry but cannot understand (what sometimes seems an obsession on here) this need for knowing actual data results. Unless you are a consultant or an extremely well read individual (like Phoenix, Ayreshire and a VERY few others) detailed results are meaningless. If you fall into this category I apologise.

Best thing is to go and see doctor, consultant and consultant and consultant again. Just take note (and write down what they say for future reference when you’ve recovered from the shock (if applicable)).What will be will be unless you are absolutely sure someone is missing a trick then you shout up.

Sorry ksvlm but my experience of NASH is nil. Just wanted to say though I just love the way your name rolls off the tongue. 😁. Sorry for being facetious! But seriously Brett11 has a thread where you write down why you have the nickname you have. It would be interesting to hear your reason..
