Just read this article, and learnt a few new weird and wonderful things, so thought id share 😁. Ive heard/lived the vampire/werewolf thing obviously, what with the hairy face and sun dodging, but here it says drinking blood might actually bring an acute porphyria attack under control!? 🀯 fox squirrels are born with the same genetic mutation seen in one of the porphyrias but it doesn't affect them, some plants suffer from a similar condition to mine and porphyrins can be used to fight tumours.
