You need to see if there is anything you can do to start reducing the fat in your liver. The British Liver Trust has a page all about Non-Alcohol Related Fatty Liver Disease which might prove helpful. britishlivertrust.org.uk/li...

Agree with Katie. With what you've posted here seems that if you can get on a diet to reduce that fatty liver you will be hopefully on the mend as fatty liver is reversible if taken seriously and dealt with vigilantly

I assume you don't take alcohol, if you do you need to stop. If you don't drink then the Non-Alcohol Related Fatty Liver disease seems to be a reason for your liver becoming infiltrated with fat and enlarged.

Have all causes of liver disease been investigated? By this I mean checks for Hepatitis viruses etc. The liver filling with fat is the first stage of change in the liver, if it can be stopped it can heal, if not it might go on to become ever more fibrous and perhaps scarred.

I hope you are under a liver doctor.
