I’m still here!!

Just been bedridden for over a month. I want to chuck up anything I eat. My cockis is in huge pain but X-ray says nothing wrong. Huge stomach cramps but nothing is wrong. Huge shoulder pain but again nothing is wrong. So I’m stuck in bed with nothing wrong with me. Bloods fine X-ray etc all good. It’s just cirrhosis and go home they say.

So hear I am in a bloody hot bed 35 degrees today, fan not doing its jig and there is nothing bloody wrong with me. I will hate the way i kook when there is something bloody wrong with me lol.

So sorry to hear you're suffering so badly. Its frustrating being unwell and the Dr says they can find nothing wrong. No one wishes to have something wrong with them, but an explanation does at least put your mind at rest. Let's hope some rest will help, but movement is always advised for aches and pains of muscles/ bones. I suffered with terrible nausea for a couple of years, I ultimately found that forcing myself to eat led to improved appetite.

Are you in continuous pain?

I'm in pain before, during and after I eat so consequently hardly eating anything. I hurt around liver, through to back, shoulder, shoulder blades and then near my spleen which is enlarged like my liver!! Seeing my consultant tomorrow , will see what he has to say!!! If he advises anything will let you know and hope it helps you too. Take care, Lynne

I fell when it was icy in 2000 and damaged my coccyx then I fell again in Disney land Florida and damaged it again. I had to stand up for the whole 7 hour flight home 😕. It is still painful now but there's nothing that can be done to help it. Have you asked about fibromyalgia as that causes widespread muscle pain. Get well soon. Deb

Bed ridden in that heat and in pain sounds horrendous. Keep on at the Dr's demand that you're admitted into hospital, I've just had my hip replaced (I'm only 38) and they thought i'd pulled my hamstring! They can't just use cirrhosis as the diagnosis for every health problem you have - get them told!!
