I am so sorry to hear this. I also had complications - although not as bad as yours sound. I had flare ups of various infections (some of which i had never had before) including Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, my menopausal treatments stopped working (I was warned of this) and was plunged into a thrush/cystitis cycle as well and had to take anti-fungal treatments for 6 months after the Hep C (ironically bad for the liver) , i also had various other drugs to counter act side effects and was given some abx for the inefctions I got because of low immunity whilst on hep C drugs - which stripped out my gut and had to take treatments for that as well . - all of which came with other side effects. HOWEVER - 18 months on from completing the Hep C treatment I feel fine again and very good about being clear of Hep C and they say my liver is also re-building itself. So hopefully there is light at end of your tunnel!!!
