Fibrosan sore of 7

I recently had a scan my fibroscan score was 7 is this OK or does it need further investigation and what does it mean.

Mine was done a few years back 7.2 in my case at the love your liver road show- the specialist said it could be fatty liver and it was confirmed by u/s. I’d think about some lifestyle changes diet/ alcohol- that’s what it was in my case.
