High ALP levels post transplant - help any advice?

My husband had his liver transplant in November 2017 and has quite a few ups and downs since resulting in admission last month for a week for various tests.

The report says concern about high ALP levels and the need for further bone investigations.

His ALP is normally 120-150. In hospital it was 220 but now it seems to have shot up to 331 - should we be worried?

We are at clinic tomorrow so what do we need to ask?

Although the report said further investigations needed our consultant did not follow it up so I assumed she was happy with it.

All advice gratefully received.
